INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Our investment philosophy is to seek real estate investments with a clear line of sight to operational cash flows over a two-to-three-year horizon. We look for investments located in growth markets with strong demographics, where market inefficiencies or temporary asset impairments exist where all parties are aligned. We utilize a downside-centric lens to investing and focus on basis and likely value volatility.
