LENDING CRITERIA

We recognize that every deal is different and often require a tailored solution. However, most commercial real estate loans will share these characteristics.

MARKET

Most real estate collateral will be in primary and secondary growth markets that exhibit strong demographics and good demand metrics.

ADVANCE RATE

LTV/LTC up to 75% depending upon the specific characteristics of the project and the capital needs of the borrower. LTVs are typically highly correlated to levels of existing cashflow.

PROPERTY TYPES

A broad range of property types are considered and are often low loan-to-value opportunities requiring bridge financing to realize a substantial increase in value.

LOAN SIZE

CRE loans typically range from $2M to $15M. Loan terms typically range from 24 to 36 months.
