Primary and secondary markets in the Sun Belt exhibiting strong demographics, good demand metrics, sustained employment growth and substantial in-migration.
PROPERTY TYPES
Multi-family, office, industrial and retail where value creation opportunities exist via capital improvements, lease up and improved operating efficiencies.
SIZE & TERM
Target equity investment of $1M to $10M; expected investment life of 2 to 5 years.
